the people who called to talk to someone who owned the phone before me and they asked for that person and were the rudest people i have ever talked to i told them very nicely that this is not the #of the person who owned the phone and then they hung up on me and i tried to call back the did not answer my called

Woke me up at dawn here in Seattle, though I saw it was a Rhode Island phone number and didn't pick up. Once I got ready for work a few hours later, I called it and received a really nasty woman from Fidelity Investments saying that there is no such thing as a "no call" list for them because only their Financial Advisors do the calling. We have never had anything to do with Fidelity and have owned our phone number (cell in this case) for nine years. Woman was incredibly rude.

Calls often and just hangs up.

Called my cell but I did not answer. No message left.

I started getting calls from this number at least once an hour on Saturday December 19th at just after 8am. Between Saturday, Monday and half of Tuesday, i received 30 calls. If I answered, no one was there, if I called the number back it would just disconnect me. I finally solved the problem by reporting the number on the National Do Not Call website (my number has been on the list since January 2006). That was just before noon yesterday. Since then, I have only received one more call and that was within the hour I filed the report. So maybe this is a solution!

Spanish reacorded msg. to my cell # regularly.
